• Visually inspect your furnace heat exchanger
• Perform a carbon monoxide test on your heat exchanger
• Monitor the limit switch functions on your furnace
• Monitor the pperation of all safety controls
• Measure the proper flue draft of your furnace
• Clean your furnace burners
• Clean your furnace flame sensor
• Clean your furnace spark ignition
• Clean your condensate drains
• Monitor your igniter performance and ohms
• Monitor your pressure switch operation
• Inspect your furnace blower belt and change if needed*
• Inspect your furnace filter and change if needed*

Cooling System Tune Up

You will also receive yearly air conditioner or cooling system maintenance, in which a licensed HVAC professional will

• Clean your outdoor A/C coil
• Inspect your indoor A/C coil
• Monitor your refrigerant (freon) charge
• Clean and inspect all of your electrical components
• Inspect the overall safety of your electrical systems
• Measure the amperage draws on your compressor
• Measure the amperage draws on your fan motor
• Inspect your blower belt and change if needed*
• Inspect your filter and change if needed*
• Oil all of your motors
• Oil all of your bearings
• Clean and flush your condensate drains
• Clean and flush your condensate pump
• Monitor your thermostat operation
